Action MS Luncheon

On Wednesday 10th January 2018, three pupils: Jodie McMullen (9JM), Ryan Robinson (9JM) and Hallie Graham (10DJ) attended the Action Ms Luncheon in Belfast. At this event, the three pupils were awarded gold certificates (this is awarded for raising over £100) for excellent fund raising last year for the Action MS charity. It was also pleasing to hear that Mrs McMaster was given a special award for leading the fund-raising for this charity in M.H.S. for over 30 years prior to her retirement in June 2017.

A big thank-you must go to Mrs Hendren for getting the pupils safely to and from the event in very foggy conditions. Any pupil wishing to get involved with this year’s Action MS walk on Saturday 10th February 2018 in Gosford Forest, should speak to Mr Parks.
