Markethill High School stores much importance in the development of community links at all levels. We see ourselves as a cornerstone school, serving the community. The links and partnerships which Markethill High has nurtured and developed over many years make it a prime example of community liaison at its best. For example, we were delighted to launch Markethill Recreation Centre within the school grounds in October 2011 in collaboration with Armagh City and District Council. We value all our community links whether with parents, external agencies, community groups or others. Successful schools are at the heart of their community, and our increasing community links are a testament to the success of Markethill High.
